Gena says ' one who is narrow minded, always has a wide mouth.'  Now getting to the truth of the matter.,  You can't go to heaven without Jesus  in your heart.  As the book of John put it you must be born again.  Jesus is the theme of our discussion this evening.  I thank God that I was raised in a Bible believing home, and was taught the truths of God's Holy Word, the Bible.  Many say that there is many ways to go to heaven, That is not true.  John 3:16- states that For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.  17, For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.  18- He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.  God created the heavens and the earth.  In Genesis 1:1. God, is the creator of all things. He created mankind, and mankind sinned. If God had as much love as the majority of people; He would of destroyed man, and started all over again.  BUT GOD, loved His creation and made a way that man could be as they were in the beginning. God is truly love. He doesn't throw us away every time we fail, but is long suffering to us. His mercy endures.  I myself, have failed Him many times.  I repented and He forgave me.  I admitted that I sinned and asked that He restore me, and be my Lord. Re- means to put back as in the original state, pent is as a penthouse of a building, the very top.  To restore as a piece of furniture; bring it down to its original . Remove all old finish, sand until smooth and apply the sealer.  The sealer of the soul is the Holy Spirit.  Ephesians 1"18. We are sealed by the Holy Spirit unto the day of redemption.  Jesus loved us do much He suffered, and died that we, mankind, might have everlasting life.  How can you refuse so great a Savior?  How can you say no: when He, Jesus gave so much that you wouldn't go to hell?  He asks so little in return.  Why not ask Jesus to forgive you, and save you?  Live in your heart .  You'll never be sorry.  Gena
