I didn't get glasses until I was grown. Then yesterday I find out I have a bleeding cyst on my sinuses AND a "deviated septum". I knew I had heard that phrase before, and asked the doctor, "Isn't that what nerds get? Like those kids on tv who get called mouth-breathers and get pushed into trash cans?" He said "Yes, you're a nerd now."
