Anger spilled over as Jesus declared He had always been.  He is the great I AM.  The Pharisees and other rulers picked up stones to stone Jesus because they accused him of blasphemy.   Jesus hid himself and left the temple.  He went through them without being recognized. As He was going, He met a man born blind. In that day and time, it was thought that anything like that was the result of sin. His dosciples asked him who sinned, this man or his parents.  Jesus told them that neither had sinned, his blindness was to reveal the works of God.  He advised His disciples to work while it is day because night is coming and no one will be able to work.  Jesus said,  "I am the light of the world as long as I am in the world."   It was the sabbath and Jesus spit on the ground and made clay which he placed on the man's eyes.  He then sent him to the pool of Siloam to wash.  He received his sight.  What about you?  Are you a vessel that can be used of God as He desires or are you a vessel that alway wants to receive and never give out what God pours into you?  We need to be aware, as Jesus was, that now is the time to do the works of Him who has sent us.  I am looking for you in Sunday School at 10:00.
