When we are saved and commit to Jesus, something happens. We realize that Jesus is our redeemer. He has paid the debt for sin that we could not pay. He ransomed us from the curse and the power of sin. From that moment on, we belong to Him and are adopted into God's family. That means we have no condemnation as long as we are walking in the Spirit. We recognize that our flesh is not subject to the Spirit that is within us and we have to take control of our flesh by exercising our mind, will, and emotions in order to subject the flesh to the will of the Spirit. Are you willing to deny the pleasures of the flesh that are contrary to the Lord so that you might walk in purity before Him? I hope to see you in Sunday School at 10:00 A.M..
